Women’s Strength & Skill Series

We are all inherently cyclical beings. Our energy, hormones, and needs change week to week, month to month, and year to year, and our physical activity needs are no different. This series will focus on using natural movement to increase strength and learn various movement skills and methods that compliment the each of the feminine seasons (menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum and peri/menopause). All classes held at Coulee Roots Movement. Each class is limited to 10 people. Cost for the full series is $150.00.

Barefoot Fitness Series

This 8 week series will take participants on a journey to rewild their health. With weekly workouts focusing on a variety of natural movement skills participants can expect a good balance of exercise and play. Each week participants will also receive information to practice different rewild wellness practices. All classes take place at Coulee Roots Movement. Each class is limited to 10 people. Cost for the full series is $150.00.
